Barley, millet and polenta
Overview
Barley, millet and corn are all whole grains, and they are beneficial. Add a little rice and mix them to make porridge. The consistency of barley and rice is just right when mixed with millet and corn. But when making sweet porridge, add brown sugar and it is delicious. You can also eat it without adding any sugar or salt and just eat it with pickles. It is also very enjoyable.
