Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, add gluten-free beans and blanch them until they turn dark green, then remove and drain.

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add the gluten-free beans and stir-fry over low heat for about 3 minutes, until the gluten-free beans become wrinkled.
