Pork ribs stewed with three delicacies
Overview
I was originally going to make pork ribs and radish soup, but found that the radishes that had been stored in the refrigerator for several days were spoiled, so I soaked some fungus, tofu skin, and added baby cabbage to stew it instead.

Soak dried fungus in cold water.

Soak tofu skin in cold water.

Wash the baby cabbage.

Wash the ribs.

Boil the ribs in water first, then rinse and drain. Add ginger and sprinkle with salt.

Add cold water to a boil over high heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

Add the fungus and cook for 20 minutes.

Finally, cook the baby cabbage and tofu skin (cook for 5 minutes to rise).
