Chocolate Nut Energy Bars

Overview

I posted the diary first, and then learned to post the recipes~ Life is about constant learning and tossing~~ Hehe~ It’s still the old saying in the diary, there are many firsts today, the first time to post, the first time to take a photo, the first time to upload, the first time to organize. . . I don’t fully understand the format, and I don’t even know the technology. I hope you guys can take a look and understand the feelings of a newbie~ In addition, you guys know better than me about the baking time. Each oven has different temperaments. 20 minutes is just an approximate time. When you smell the aroma, it’s almost ready. This is the first time I’ve made this today, and it seems to be a little over-baked. Fortunately, the taste is not bad and I can still eat it~

  1. Heat the butter over water and melt it into a liquid state. I used Anjia 10g small butter. Isn’t it very cute?

  5. Pour the mixture of step 4 into the butter mixture of step 2, mix well with a spatula or spoon, and mix evenly.

  6. Pour the mixed mixture into a mold, preferably a square mold to facilitate subsequent shaping, but I don’t have one, so I can only make do with a three-function round mold. A very important point: remember to apply a thin layer of butter on the inner wall of the mold to prevent sticking.

  7. Use the back of a spoon to flatten the mixture and make it dense. Place the mold into a preheated 180°C oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.

  8. Remove from the mold when cooled to about the same temperature as the palm of your hand. Cool completely and cut into small pieces. My knife skills are really good. . . But the taste is still good~~

  9. Hey, let me finally borrow a picture of Jun Xiaozhi’s finished product. Fans of a certain person should not take pictures of me. In other words, they are all made by people, and they are all taken by people. Why is the difference between people so big~
