Overview
The kelp soaked by yourself tastes much safer than the ones sold outside.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Appropriate amount of dried kelp.
-
Soak it in cold water overnight and that's it.
-
Clean the kelp, take it out, put it in a cooking pot, sprinkle a little alkaline noodles on it, bring it to a boil, cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
-
After turning off the heat, simmer for about 15 minutes, then take out the kelp, put it in cold water and continue soaking it for 5-6 hours.
-
Finally, divide the soaked kelp into small portions (the amount of each portion is exactly the amount used for each meal), pack it in a plastic bag, store it in the refrigerator, and take it as you go.
