Overview

I made cookies at my son's request. The first time I made them, they were pretty good. The cookies were a little harder but still very fragrant. My son still liked them.

1. 1 Prepare the ingredients. I grind the powdered sugar with a wall breaking machine. The Honda eggs I used are relatively small, so I used 2 eggs. If you use a grass egg, one will be fine

   

2. 2 Beat the butter with a whisk

   

3. 3 Add powdered sugar and continue to beat until the color becomes lighter

   

4. 4 Add the eggs in two batches and beat until the eggs and butter are combined and not separated

   

5. 5 Add low-refined flour and continue beating until the flour and butter are combined

   

6. 6 Add milk and beat until combined

   

7. 7 Use a spatula to put the batter into a piping bag and pipe it into the baking pan

   

8. 8 Put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, until the surface turns yellow. The batter is a bit soft and the pattern after baking is a bit unclear. It needs improvement. I hope to do better next time.
