Flavored Guacamole
Overview
Another guacamole. This time I don’t use any machine anymore. I use the kitchen knife honestly, lift the knife with my hand, cut it into fine pieces one by one, put it in a bowl, and stir it all at once. It saves a lot of trouble than using a machine. In fact, the raw materials have not changed much, except that the onions have turned white, which weakens the excitement of the sauce. I don’t like spicy food, so I used non-spicy red pepper. The sauce ended up feeling bland. Perhaps the highlight of this sauce without onions is the spiciness of the chili peppers, right?
