Ingredients
Steps
-
The amount of meat filling (I make my own, so I can give it to my children with peace of mind), increase or decrease according to your own taste.
-
Prepare the peas, dice the tomatoes (remove the skins for a better taste), onions and garlic and set aside. Season the meat filling and set aside. Prepare the pasta.
-
Bring water to a boil, add 200g of spaghetti, cook in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, drain and set aside.
-
Pour oil into the hot pan, add the meat first, stir-fry for a few times, then add the diced onions and garlic and stir-fry.
-
Then put the diced tomatoes (if the color is dark, add an appropriate amount of tomato paste to make the taste more sour and sweet) and peas into the pot, add salt and continue to fry.
-
Put the drained spaghetti into a clean flat plate, pour the fried sauce on top of the spaghetti, sprinkle an appropriate amount of cracked black pepper, and finally garnish with basil leaves to enhance the aroma.
