Poplar nectar
Overview
Yangzhi Manlu is a Hong Kong-style dessert. The main ingredients are grapefruit and mango. Both mango and grapefruit are rich in vitamins. My daughter and I must order one every time we go to Manji. Since we can make Yangzhi Manlu, my daughter likes it very much. During the season when mangoes are ripe, the poplar nectar at home has never been cut off.

-
Put an appropriate amount of water into the milk pot. After the water boils, add the sago. After boiling, turn to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Do not open the pot immediately after turning off the heat. Simmer for 15 minutes.
-
The sago that was cooked for the first time had small white spots in the middle.
-
Rinse with cold water, filter, let cool and then cook again according to the first step. Until the white spots disappear, rinse with cold boiled water, filter and let cool for later use.
-
While cooking the sago, you can prepare the mango. Peel and dice the large mango. Put half of it into a food processor, add 50 grams of fine sugar and 20ML of cream and beat into a puree.
-
After dicing a small half of the mango, peel the grapefruit and tear it into small pieces and set aside.
-
Take a container and add 50 grams of coconut milk and 50 grams of milk and mix evenly
-
Add the cooled sago and mix well
-
Add mango puree, mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour

Add diced mango and shredded grapefruit to garnish before serving. If you have ready-made ice cream at home, you can scoop a spoonful of it on the diced mango for a better taste.
