Peel and open the backs of fresh shrimps.

Add refined salt, pepper, and cooking wine, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

Cut the fish tofu into pieces similar to the size of shrimp balls.

Cut pineapple into small pieces (soak fresh pineapple in light salt water for half an hour).

Heat the pan with oil and fry the shrimp balls.

Add fish tofu slices, add sugar and tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Finally add the pineapple chunks and stir-fry.
