I usually don’t have much time to cook, so I took advantage of the National Day holiday to try it out. It’s not bad, it’s light, refreshing and crunchy. My family likes it.

I buy dried shrimps, wash them once, and dry them for later use. So I will use it directly this time.

Pour a little oil into the pot, wait until the oil is hot, add dried shrimps, and let the aroma explode, about 10 seconds.

Add the lettuce and stir-fry continuously. When the vegetables are coated with oil and heated evenly, start adding salt and stir-fry evenly. Add chicken essence and stir-fry evenly. The whole process only takes three or four minutes. Otherwise, the dish will be watery and lose its crispiness.
