Steamed lean meat water is rich in nutrients, fragrant and sweet, tonic but not drying, and added with Cordyceps flowers, it can enhance immunity and improve the body's disease resistance to a certain extent. I often buy fresh lean meat and mince it to make lean meat water for my daughter to drink. I choose Guandao meat, which is pig PAPA. This part of the meat is very sweet.

First chop the lean meat and put it in a bowl.

Clean the cordyceps flowers and cut the candied dates.

Put all the ingredients into a bowl, add 250 ml of warm water and soak for half an hour.
