Put the milk and light cream into a small pot, add sugar, heat it briefly, then turn off the heat and stir evenly.

After cooling, add the beaten egg yolks, mix well, then sift in the flour, and gently press it evenly with your hands.

Pour the mixed egg tart liquid into the egg tart shell eight-quarters full and place it in the preheated oven.

Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, adjust the oven temperature according to the temperament of your own oven.
