A very sweet soup, with glutinous lotus roots, millet noodles, and a soup with a hint of sweet-scented osmanthus. Everything is so delicious.

Peel the lotus root.

Cut into thin slices.

Put it into the pot and add appropriate amount of water.

Add a little dried osmanthus.

Add appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Add cooked millet seeds.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes, until the lotus root becomes soft and glutinous.
