Overview

Isinglass is the dried product of fish swim bladder (auxiliary respiratory organ). It is rich in colloid, hence the name isinglass, also known as fish maw and fish maw. Isinglass is as famous as bird's nest and shark's fin. It is one of the eight treasures and is known as marine ginseng. Its main ingredients are high-grade collagen, multiple vitamins, calcium, zinc, iron, selenium and other trace elements. Its protein content is as high as 84.2% and fat is only 0.2%, making it an ideal high-protein and low-fat food.   1. Isinglass (mine is Beihai gelatin). Soak in cold water and wash thoroughly.

  2. Peel half the pear and cut into cubes.

  3. Take a stew pot, put the pear at the bottom, and then put the isinglass.

  4. Add 3 red dates, water, and a little rock sugar.

  5. Put it into the stew pot and press the isinglass function.

  6. After an hour and a half, open the lid and add the wolfberry. Continue to simmer for another 1 hour.

  7. Male glue is better than mother glue and will not stick to your mouth.
