Mix the corn flour and high-gluten flour, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir evenly, about 7 tablespoons

Heat the pan slightly, brush it with a little oil, pour the batter into the pan, and scrape it evenly with a spatula

When the batter is solidified, beat in an egg

Smooth out the egg liquid

Fry until both sides are golden brown and the middle of the cake is puffed up

Brush the side without egg wash with sauce. Mix bean paste and sweet noodle paste 1:1. Of course you can apply your favorite sauce. The Thai sweet and spicy sauce I used tastes good too

Add your favorite ingredients, such as fried dough sticks, intestines, etc., and sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander. I squeezed in some more ketchup.
