High imitation version of pita bread (pocket bread)
Overview
Why is it called a high imitation version? Because I use ordinary flour, a pure Chinese recipe and eating method, and adopt the pita bread method. I don’t know if it should be called pita bread, it seems a bit like a copycat. In fact, my husband calls it pita bread with vegetables, but the pan is not easy to use and is baked in the oven.
