Cut the beef brisket into small pieces, add water and set aside

Slice the ginger and prepare the spices

Boil the rock sugar until it bubbles, add in the beef brisket and stir-fry until it gets the color and serve

Add ginger slices to the pot and stir-fry the spices until fragrant

Pour in the fried beef brisket and stir-fry

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly. Pour in boiling water and simmer

Cover the beef brisket with boiling water. In order to save time, I poured the beef brisket into the pressure cooker from this step

The brisket that has been pressed for 7 or 8 minutes is not rotten enough

Now pour in the radish and press for 7 or 8 minutes
