Cut the rice cake into strips or slices.

Wash the squid, remove the outer membrane, use a knife with a non-smooth inner layer, and cut the wheat ears with the knife blade at an angle of 35 degrees, being careful not to cut through. Then use a diagonal straight knife to cut even lines without cutting through.

Cut into small pieces of your choice.

Put the pot under boiling water

Roll it up and take it out

Boil the rice cake until soft and take it out.

Onion slices, ginger slices, garlic slices

1.5 tablespoons of Korean chili sauce, add 200g of water and dissolve.

Appropriate amount of Korean spicy cabbage

Put a little oil in the wok, stir-fry the onions, ginger and garlic, add the spicy cabbage and stir-fry for a few times.

Pour in the melted Korean chili sauce.

Add rice cake and stir-fry, cook for 3 minutes, turning with a spatula in the middle to prevent sticking to the pan.

Add the squid rolls when they are almost out of the pan. Do not cook them for too long, as they will become chewy. Cook for about half a minute or so.

When it is out of the pot, you can add the blanched vegetables. It tastes amazing.
