Fried melon with salted beans
Overview
I accidentally learned from Baidu that zucchini zucchini is Yunnan small melon. I had never been able to get the right name before. Since I found out, I bought two zucchini and tried them again. Sure enough, the taste is very similar, and it is also crispy when fried. Zucchini is a good choice to accompany fried meat slices. Please stir-fry it with flavorful seasonings, and it goes well with rice. I heard that some people use it to make dumpling fillings. It seems that I will plant a few of them next year.
