Have materials ready.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices, add cooking wine and marinate for a while.

Cut spicy cabbage into small pieces.

Crush the garlic and mince it, and cut the green garlic into sections.

Add the pork belly to the pot and stir-fry until the oil is released. Dish out.
