Shredded papaya with hot pepper
Overview
When making pork ribs and stewed papaya, half of the papaya was left over. I made this dish and it was really delicious.

One spoonful of chili bean paste, one spoonful of soy sauce, a little vinegar, one gram of salt, and one gram of chicken essence.

Shred the ginger, shred the pepper, and cut the onion into sections.

After removing the kernels and peeling the papaya, cut into shreds (you can also use a grater to grate into shreds).

Blanch shredded papaya in boiling water for two minutes, then remove and drain.

Put oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add onions and ginger and stir-fry, add chili bean paste and stir-fry until the red oil comes out, add shredded papaya and pepper, add salt and soy sauce. Stir-fry until the green peppers are soft, add chicken essence, turn off the heat, add a little vinegar along the pot, stir well and remove from the pot.
