Steamed Hawaiian Scallops with Garlic Sauce

Today’s seafood feast is a big dish. I specially bought two large Hawaiian shells and are waiting to eat them!

Brush Hawaiian clams clean with a brush

Clean out the entrails inside

Soak the vermicelli in water until soft

Plate vermicelli on Hawaiian clams

Chop ginger and garlic into puree and set aside

Chop the colored pepper into puree and set aside

Add light soy sauce, minced ginger and garlic and place on top of the scallops

Put the bell pepper on top
-
Steam in boiling water for 8 minutes and you’re ready to eat
