Place the washed dried radish on the chopping board and cut into pieces, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add soaked soybean protein and stir-fry.

Then, add in the sliced dried radish and stir-fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of sugar.
