Prepare ingredients.

Cut the pickled peppers into sections and cut the pickled tomatoes into small pieces.

Wash and cut celery into sections.

Tear off the black skin of the squid, wash it and cut it into slices with a knife.

Boil water in a pot, add squid, scald, roll and remove.

Drain the squid rolls.

Heat oil in a pan, add squid rolls and stir-fry for a few times. Add cooking wine, soy sauce and salt and stir-fry evenly.

Add celery, pickled peppers and pickled tomatoes and stir-fry evenly before serving.
