Wash the cabbage and cut into small pieces. Cut the green onion into slices. If you like vegetables, you can add more.

Boil water in a pot, put the dough pieces in and cook for 8 minutes, take them out and put them in cold water. (Because it will be fried later, it should not be overcooked, as it will easily become rotten during frying.)

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until it changes color. Stir-fry over medium-low heat, it will burn easily over high heat.

Take the dough out of the cold water and drain it. When the cabbage changes color and is almost cooked, add the noodles and stir-fry evenly. Fry for 1 minute, stirring slowly and constantly to avoid burning the pan.

Just add a little salt and light soy sauce to taste before serving.
