Barbecued Pork and Mushrooms
Overview
My children don’t like to eat meat and are very partial to food, so I had to change my mind and cook meat. It’s not nutritious to cook meat alone. Plus, I love braised mushrooms recently, so I made barbecued pork and mushroom stew.

The finished product, I still prefer braised mushrooms, the barbecued pork meat is sweet and glutinous, the mushrooms have absorbed the flavor of the barbecued pork sauce, crispy, tender and smooth, it is perfect for rice, there is no hope of losing weight with this! !
