Put a small amount of oil in the wok, add five peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the shredded pork.

When cooked, add cooking wine and dark soy sauce for seasoning and coloring (you can also marinate the shredded meat in advance and use salt and cooking wine starch to make it tenderer), stir-fry briefly, add shredded mustard and stir-fry. Only when the oil is slightly larger can the mustard be delicious and not dry after frying.
