Wash the rice and marinate it with sesame oil and salt for 10 minutes

Marinate the purchased shredded pork with sesame oil and salt for 10 minutes

Cut the preserved eggs into small pieces

Remove the marinated shredded pork from the oil pan so that each shredded meat is shaped. If you pour it directly into the rice pot, it will stick together.

Boil the pickled rice with water (I used a rice cooker to make it, first turn it to the cooking setting and boil the rice water)

After boiling, add preserved eggs, shredded pork, shredded ginger, diced green onions, salt, pepper and fresh chicken juice (I used black pepper, you can also use white pepper)

Stir evenly, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes (if you use a rice cooker, just turn it to the porridge setting)
