Sauce-flavored pimples
Overview
Fried pork belly is a homemade stir-fry dish. The main ingredients are pickled pork belly, cut into shreds and stir-fried with pork belly. This kind of pickled pimples was always prepared by my grandma every winter when I was a child. A simple stir-fry is really a dish that doesn’t involve any fish or meat. Friends who are interested can try it.

Soak the pimples in a bowl of cold water, clean them and cut them into shreds. Wash them several times to wash off the excess salt. Cut the pork into strips, and cut some green onions for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, add pork and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in a little cooking wine and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add a spoonful of bean paste and saute until fragrant.

Add the chopped green onions and stir-fry briefly.

Pour in the drained pimple shreds.

Pour a spoonful of original soy sauce and stir-fry over high heat for a few minutes.

Finally, sprinkle with a little white sesame seeds, plate and serve.
