Shiitake mushrooms, sliced mushrooms, white jade mushrooms cut into small pieces.

Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces and put it in a casserole. Add an appropriate amount of water, cooking wine, ginger slices, and green onions! Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

After boiling, skim off the foam with a spoon, cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.

Then add the chopped mushrooms.

Add salt and continue simmering for 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat, remove the green onion knots, and sprinkle in the chopped green onion.
