  1. Shiitake mushrooms, sliced mushrooms, white jade mushrooms cut into small pieces.

  2. Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces and put it in a casserole. Add an appropriate amount of water, cooking wine, ginger slices, and green onions! Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

  3. After boiling, skim off the foam with a spoon, cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
