I mentioned before that I would post the recipe for red oil, and I finally did it again today~ So~ I’m posting it~ Friends who like Sichuan flavor and spiciness~ You can make some of it yourself and put it away~ You can use it in seasonings for salads, braised dishes, noodles, etc.!

Prepare ingredients.

Put the minced pepper into a container (make sure it is a container that will not break due to high-temperature oil!!), and add an appropriate amount of peppercorns.

Add sesame seeds.

Add salt.

Pour oil into the hot pan and heat the oil until it is 8 minutes cooked and starts to smoke.

Let the cooked oil cool slightly, and after about ten seconds, pour it into a container filled with ingredients.

When pouring hot oil, keep stirring with chopsticks to prevent the oil from burning the ingredients!
