Homemade scallion pancake
Overview
When I was a child, my mother often made scallion pancakes, and you could smell the aroma when you came home from school without even entering the house. Now I use the same method to make them for my son.

Flour, onion, sesame oil and peanut oil and salt

After the dough is mixed, wake up for 15 minutes and knead until smooth

Chopped green onions

Shape the rested dough into thin and even sheets and sprinkle with salt and sesame oil.

Spread the chopped green onion and roll the dough into a long strip.

Cut the dough into equal-sized pieces, then roll it out with a rolling pin.

Preheat the electric pan, add an appropriate amount of peanut oil, wait until the oil is hot, then add the prepared pancake, and it will be ready when both sides are golden brown.
