Amaranth and Egg Fried Pancake
Overview
Use amaranth juice to make noodles and amaranth to make stuffing, and bake a few vegetable pancakes. The appearance and taste are pretty good.

Wash the amaranth

Boil amaranth in boiling water

Take amaranth juice, add appropriate amount of flour and make a dough for 10 minutes

Let the blanched amaranth cool and then chop into small pieces
