Stir-fried cauliflower
Overview
Cauliflower is a vegetable that many people like to eat. It is richer in nutrients than ordinary vegetables and contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, multiple vitamins, and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and iron. Cauliflower has a high water content but low calories, making it tender and delicious after cooking. I like eating cauliflower very much, not only because it is rich in nutrients, but also because it tastes crunchy and has a special texture. Add some pork belly and stir-fry together, it’s a dish you won’t get tired of eating.
