Sweet stewed pork trotters
Overview
Today happens to be the Qingming Festival, and I don’t know why it’s snowing today. I bought pig trotters from the supermarket after school at noon, because I missed the pig trotters made by my grandpa the day before and wanted to try it myself~ Fortunately, after making it, Mr. Biscuit praised it! So happy,,

Ingredients
Steps
-
Ask the waiter to cut the pig's trotters directly from the supermarket, wash them when you get home, put them in a pot and cook for 10 minutes, and put a few slices of ginger in them.
-
Soak the boiled pig's trotters in cold water to make it taste stronger and more delicious~
-
Prepare the ingredients: green onion, ginger, garlic (sorry, I forgot to cut the garlic...) and dried chili peppers.
-
Pour oil into the pot, add some Pixian watercress, then add onion, ginger, garlic and chili, stir-fry until fragrant, and add pig trotters. Stir fry for a while. Pour in boiling water to cover the pig's trotters. After boiling, simmer on low heat for about 1 and a half hours

Let’s start stewing the pig’s trotters
-
When stewing the pig's trotters, turn them over after a while to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot. (Ours is an electric stove, so the speed is relatively slow!)
-
After simmering on low fire for about an hour and a half, the pig's trotters were already rotten, so I turned on high heat to collect the juice... Because my stove was not powerful enough, I had to collect the juice for half an hour... but luckily I was not in a hurry

The cooked pig's trotters were a bit dim at home, but they were still really delicious~ Mr. Biscuit from home praised them! ~
