Two cooked egg yolks, crush them with a sieve and add them to the whipped butter

Stir evenly,

Sift in low-gluten flour and cornstarch, stir evenly, and knead into a ball with your hands

Put the dough into a plastic bag and refrigerate for an hour,

Take out the dough and roll it into small balls. Mine weighs 5 grams each. Press the small dough with your thumb. Don’t use too much force.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 15 minutes. Take it out and let it cool before it becomes crispy
