Tofu stewed with cabbage
Overview
As the saying goes, fish makes fire, meat makes phlegm, and cabbage and radish keep you safe. During the COVID-19 period, I was thinking about eating it while staying at home.

Prepare the ingredients, slice the Chinese cabbage diagonally into walnut-sized pieces, and blanch them in a pot of boiling water.

Cut the tofu into cubes and blanch in a pot of boiling water.

Heat the cold oil in a pan, sauté the minced onion and ginger until fragrant, stir-fry the minced pork and add the blanched cabbage. Spread the blanched tofu evenly on top of the cabbage. Sprinkle in chicken essence and stir-fry a few times before serving.
