Prepare fresh chicken feet.

Add cooking wine, blanch and rinse.

Cook the peanuts in a pressure cooker for ten minutes.

Preparation: Bean drum, garlic, ginger, spicy millet, shallots.

Ginger and shallots are used for sauteing until fragrant, so cut them into cubes or slices.

Just chop the bean curd, garlic and millet into small pieces.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add ginger and shallots and sauté over low heat until fragrant.

Then add the chicken feet and stir-fry.

Mix Jinlan soy sauce and brown sugar (any sugar will do).

Stir fry for about two minutes.

Add suitable water.

Bring to a boil over high heat, add peanuts, cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes (adjust the time to your preferred softness level).

Crush the minced garlic beans and add all the millet.
