Nepeta mixed with fungus
Overview
Fungus is a good thing. Eating it regularly can nourish blood and improve the appearance of the skin, making the skin rosy and radiant. Therefore, it appears very frequently in my house. I add a little to cooking, or simply make it cold, and I eat it almost once a week. Today, I used the bought Nepeta to mix the fungus. This dish is very simple and requires only two steps. The first step is to blanch the fungus; the second step is to mix the Nepeta and the seasonings together. The crispness of fungus and the long-lasting fragrance of nepeta are mixed together, which not only enhances the taste, but also appetizers and eliminates the heat of summer, making it very enjoyable to eat.

Prepare raw materials;

Put the black fungus in a pot and blanch it in water. Add some salt when blanching;
