Peel and remove the seeds from the pumpkin, put into Xiaomei steamer, 30 minutes/V/speed 1.

Pour the steamed pumpkin into the mixing bowl, 15 seconds/speed 10, and puree.

Use the oil method to knead the ingredients into a ball. Knead for three minutes, add butter and knead for another three minutes.

Knead into a ball and ferment until doubled in size.

After degassing, divide into 12 equal portions.

Stir-fry the filling during the fermentation process: Add pumpkin puree, sugar and peanuts, pour into the mixing bowl, 8 minutes/V/speed 3, remove the measuring cup lid during the stir-frying process.

Wrap in fillings.

Flatten slightly.

Cut eight pieces and continue fermentation.

Brush with egg wash after fermentation. If there are no pumpkin seeds, use ordinary melon seeds.

Set the oven to 180°C for 15 minutes, high and low heat.
