Wash the crucian carp and put it into a casserole with 10 pieces of water and bring to a boil.

Cut the ginger into 3 slices and simmer in a pot over low heat.

Cut the dried tofu into small pieces and set aside.

Place in pot.

Chop the cilantro and place in a bowl. Set aside.

The fish soup is ready after 2 hours. Serve in a large bowl.
