Braised beans and rice
Overview
It seems that I have never made it since I started living independently. In the past, it was my mother’s specialty: braised rice.

Wash and chop beans

Pour oil into the pot and heat it up. Add onions and ginger until fragrant

Pour the beans into the pot and stir-fry

Add dark soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for color

Pour in 50ML of the water used to stew the beans and cook the beans for a while

Rinse the rice and pour out as much rice water as possible

Pour the fried beans and soup into the rice pot

Then pour in the water used to simmer the rice

Cover the rice cooker and simmer the rice as usual, and the bean rice is ready

Chop the garlic into minced pieces

Pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce into the minced garlic, drizzle with a little sesame oil and the sauce is ready

Pour a spoonful of the prepared garlic sauce into the rice, mix well and eat
