Steamed Minced Pork with Tofu and Pickled Vegetables
Overview
When I have nothing to do at home, I always like to read some recipes uploaded by others and absorb the essence. I don’t remember who made the steamed minced pork with pickled mustard. I think this is not enough to eat, and the taste is too monotonous. My husband and I both like tofu, so I thought of adding it in. Sure enough, my husband said that tofu cooked this way is also good. He used to only like to eat mapo tofu and braised tofu. Now the steamed tofu is less oily and spicy, healthy and nutritious, and I will make more of it in the future.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Half a bag of pickled mustard and half a pound of minced meat
-
Chop the ginger and mustard and mix into the minced meat
-
Blanch the tofu (put some salt in the water to remove the tofu smell)
-
Add salt, sugar, cooking wine and light soy sauce to the minced meat, mix well and put on the tofu
-
Steam the rice while the rice cooker is cooking, or you can boil water and steam it for 20 minutes alone. After steaming, fry the garlic in a pan and pour it on the tofu. You can also add some green vegetables such as coriander or green onion to garnish it. We just ran out of it at home and the appearance is a bit bad
