When it comes to stir-fried green beans, every family has its own way of doing it. If the green beans are not cooked well, they may cause poisoning. My grandma’s method is to cut the green beans diagonally into flat slices, put them in a pan with hot oil, and stir-fry them until they are cooked easily. They are delicious! Home-style recipes don’t require too many condiments, just a little salt, chili and Sichuan peppercorns can create the most beautiful taste!
