Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Chop sausage and purple cabbage.

Boil the okra in boiling water and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and fry eggs until cooked.

Add purple cabbage and sausage and stir-fry for about two minutes.

Add rice and stir-fry.

After stir-frying, add salt and continue to stir-fry evenly.
