  1. Slice the king oyster mushrooms and put them into a bowl;

  2. Chop ginger, garlic, and pork belly separately;

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add minced pork belly and stir-fry until the minced meat changes color;

  4. Continue to pour in the ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant;
