  2. Boil water in a pot, pour in the vermicelli and blanch it, then take it out and rinse it with cold water

  4. Pour in an appropriate amount of special soy sauce and vinegar, stir with chopsticks, and add an appropriate amount of salt

  5. Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, heat it up, then add garlic and saute until fragrant
