Beef floss
Overview
I bought a bag of beef during National Double 11 flagship store. I used to make tomato beef pot and wanted to try another way to eat it. So, I tried beef floss for the first time. It tasted very good. After chewing, you can feel the strong aroma of meat!

Prepare the ingredients, soak the beef in cold water for ten minutes, remove some of the blood, wash and set aside.

Put cold water into the pot, put the beef into the pot, add green onions, Sichuan peppercorns, and chili peppers. After the water boils, skim off the blood foam.

Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, and Maggi fresh soy sauce to the pot and simmer for about 1.5 hours. Turn off the heat when the beef is tender.

Take out the cooked beef and let cool for later use

Tear the cooled beef into small pieces, place in a cooking cup, use a stir stick to mince, and set aside.

Place the minced beef in a bread machine, add cooking oil, sugar, and salt, stir evenly, and use the "jam" setting of the bread machine to complete making the floss.

Once done, let cool, bottle, and enjoy!
