Delicious peach jam
Overview
I went to the countryside and picked a lot of small peaches. Although it is small and not red in color, it has a really strong peach flavor. I couldn't finish them in a while, so I used them to make peach jam. The method is very simple. You don't need a food processor. Just remove the core and cut it into small pieces. Marinate the peach juice with sugar and simmer it over low heat. Although it takes some time, the peach jam you make can produce large chunks of peach meat. This is different from the delicate peach jam you get from takeout, so it adds a touch of fun to the taste.
